Media Blogs- # 4 candles

3. A media assignment that challenged you, but you finished. Discuss in detail a media assignment that you didn't think you'd ever get through because it was really difficult. Why was it difficult? how did you overcome the challenge of completing it? what might you suggest other students do when they run across a text they have difficulty reading?

challenged me? well I'd say the one you assigned the other day. the Macbeth wanted posters... i find them seariusly annoying. but i did complete them. i really didn't plan on doing them. but off course my mother is quight persistent as you know.
when PEOPLE (not students) come across a text the just cant get through. i suggest having someone read it to you. perfuribly someone who really loved the book. and or by a good tape of someone with a good voice reading it. i find that helps me get through it.. and or talking to someone who really loves the book about it.

i just wanted to put a little side note in here. i really like the dark blog background and the candle light affect  i keep using them because of that and i really do love reading by candle light.

7.How does media make you a better person? using examples, discuss how your media habits have enriched your life in some way. discuss specific experiences and types of media.

well.. why don't we start with the media i use daily. first music is a big part of my daily media use. i also watch anime and my fave TV series.
Okay music. the first thing i here in the morning is music. i wake up to it. than i get ready and walk to my bus with music playing. i find that music calms me down the most when i need it...
i watch allot of tv.. well.. i used to not so much recently. i loved anime and i watch criminal investigation shows, i really do love them. i think i spent most of my last few summers watching anime.. i started with Naruto  than 2 summers ago i watched all 500 some odd episodes of one piece. i also love black butler and host club. not to mention fullmetal alchemist... anime is kind of a part of me.. reading subtitles really help my reading speed... when i first started i had to pose the video before it changed screens just so i could know what they were saying. now i finish reading the subtitles a couple second before the screen changes. :) so yes i think media has a big part in my life. and i love it <3

2. a media assignment that you really enjoyed completing and it wasn't hard to come up with ideas. what media assignment was an ease to complete in this class? what was it about this assignment that was so enjoyable and easy to do? why was it enjoyable/easy?

i think that would be the i am the messenger the writing and media one. even though there where two parts it was pretty easy. i found myself thinking of things i could do for this assignment as i was reading it so it wasn't hard to come up with ideas.. i think it was so easy for me because this project connected with the artistic side of my brain, and my curious side.
i loved the creative aspect of this assignment  i got to draw and use color in what i did. i think it was fun.. not to mention i got to burn paper to give it that trashed kinda look.

9. Embed your favorite media on a page. Include a variety of videos, music, etc. Your viewer should be able to click and view each right on your website. Provide a brief explanation for each video explaining why it is your favorite and what it helped you learn/understand.

i chouse this first video because it is very sad and enchanting music but i love it. it is also from one of my favorite animes. i lisen to this music when i feal like purly consentrating. and it usually works :) 

i like this video becuse it is such a beautiful song. this video above is the lyrics video to the song. and i think its just beautiful 

this is the song my mother used to play on the piano for all four of us when we where young.. i was to little to remember siting with all of my siblings... but i do really love and remember this song well.

i found this last year and it made me laugh so hard! i though you might nead a good thaough :)

i love this movie! have fun watching these. i know i do :)
